In order to win the award your site MUST have the following:
1. Must be a MGS site
2. Must have a link to me
3. Few or no broken links
4. Pictures/Screenshots
5. Must be a Web site! More than a few pages.
6. Should have something interesting such as fanart/fanfiction/news ect... (unless fanlisting)
7. If site is a fanlsting it should have at least 15 members
8. Nice Layout
9. Should be updated frequently
